D Judith Griffiths is an experienced Registered Psychologist and supports adults who are experiencing mental and emotional challenges.

Judith supports adults (16 years+) who are experiencing mental and emotional challenges that may be related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma or pain.

I work using techniques from

I tailor the treatment plan to the individual because we are all individuals and I don’t believe that one size fits all.

I am  empathic, practical and pragmatic and works with my clients in partnership to achieve their goals and help them to feel better and cope with life’s challenges. I see clients both face to face and telehealth.
